Arianna's Manor

Valdemar's eyes continued to bore into the father's own. He smirked lightly as he watched him try to pry his fingers from his throat. He shook his head tutting quietly. His head turned to Elena as she spoke. "You blame your wife's death on her?" he asked before shaking his head. Without warning he slammed him through the nearby glass window, keeping his hand around his neck. The glass cut his skin, the scent of the blood filled Valdemar's nostrils. Luckily, he'd just fed. "How did your wife die little man?" he questioned, wiping a finger over a part of the blood on the mans face.

Arianna walked over to Elena calmly and slow, shooting a glare at the man. His eyes widened slightly, realizing now that these weren't humans and the scent of his blood filled the air. "Giving birth to that runt." He spat out. Elena cowered a little, still averting her gaze from her father's. "It is not her fault, you think she wanted that?" Arianna asked, crouching down to Elena's level.

Valdemar looked to the man with a laugh. "I see." he said with a nod. He listened to Arianna before slamming the mans face into the ground. He held his head up, forcing him to look at his daughter. "Now then." he said as he looked across to Elena. "This man abuses you." he said as he stood up. He then stamped his foot onto the mans ankle, snapping it instantly. "I think it's time he was abused." he said with a smirk.

Arianna looked to Valdemar for a moment before looking at the man. "It's time someone punished you for what you have done." She said right before Valdemar snapped his ankle. The man yelled in pain and tried to twist out of Valdemar's grip, but it was no use. His strength was that of a twig compared to Valdemar's. Elena looked at the man that was her father with no remorse.

Valdemar closed his eyes as he breathed in deeply. "Ahh, the sound of cracking bones." he said with a laugh. He gripped the mans hand in his own then. "Now then." he said as he began to snap each finger in turn. His eyes were trained on Elena. "What else did he do to you?" he said his eyes narrowing. There was a line to what he'd do to this man.

Arianna gave Valdemar a look, now was not the time to play games. Elena's father grunted and tried to hold back another yell of pain, but couldn't. Elena looked away for a few moments before her eyes flicked to Valdemar. "He...he..." She couldn't say it, just thinking about it made her skin crawl. When she was younger, he used to beat her with the iron poker in the fire place. He even stabbed her one time.

Valdemar looked to Arianna. "I'm not playing games!" he said with a slight laugh. "I'm paying the bastard back." he said said with a raised eyebrow. His eyes then moved back to Elena. He turned the man onto his back. He held an ankle in each of his hands. He then brought his foot crashing down between the man's legs. A crunching, squashing, popping sound could be heard. Valdemar smirked darkly to him. He then dropped the mans ankles as he walked over to Elena.
"Everything this man has ever done to you." he said as he patted her shoulder lightly. "It's time to pay him back."

Arianna still didn't look pleased but she didn't say anything. The man eyes bulged out as Vlademar kicked him in between the legs, his mouth opened but no sound came out. He was in too much pain to emit any noise. Elena rocked back and forth once, her jaw muscle clenched a little before she turned her head to look at Valdemar. Before she could really say anything, Arianna placed her hand lightly on his shoulder. "The sun will rise soon." She said lightly. Elena glanced at her before looking back at Valdemar. "Get rid of him." She said quietly, her voice very calm.

Valdemar rolled his neck with a smile. He turned to look at Arianna as her hand came onto his shoulder. "Damn it." he said as he sighed heavily. "Damn sun." he said as he walked over towards the man. He knelt down beside him, leaning his mouth to his ear. "I'm sure you regret everything." he said as he patted his face lightly. "I'm sure." he said before he brought out his claws, slamming them into the mans chest. He then bit down into the mans throat, riipping it from him. He spat his throat onto the floor. Standing himself up, allowing him to bleed to death.
"Done, my love." he said as he licked his fingers.

Arianna looked out the window, it would rise within the hour. Elena stood up slowly as Arianna placed her hand on her shoulder. Elena's father was about to say something but then his throat was ripped out. He gurgled a little before his body went completely still. Elena had averted her eyes, looking at the ground. Arianna smiled reassuringly to Elena. "It will be alright now."

Valdemar looked to the window with a sigh. "Always when the fun begins.." he said, his lip curling slightly. He turned his head to the father's gurgles with a grin. "Of course it will." he said as he turned back to them. "A little girl all on her own in this place now. What could go wrong?" he said with a slight laugh. "But! We've got to go." he said with raised eyebrows.

Elena looked at the body of her father before looking back at the two. Her eyes flicking between the two. Arianna smiled, giving her shoulder a reassuring squeeze but not too hard. Her eyes lit up a little bit as an idea came to her. She glanced over at Valdemar and that light soon diminished. 'He would never go for it.' She thought. "I suppose, the panther will need checking on..." She started.

Valdemar rolled his shoulders. He scratched the back of his neck as he looked over to them. He watched her eyes light up before diminish. "..What?" he said with narrowed eyes. "Not to mention if we don't leave now, we wont make it back in time." he said, his eyebrows still being drawn together.

Arianna gestured with her eyes toward Elena, giving a slight cough and rolling her eyes upward. Elena glanced at her, scrunching her eyebrows slightly before looking at the ground. Arianna then walked over to Valdemar tilting her head a little as she stopped beside him. She let out another slight cough.

Valdemar's eyebrows came together as he looked to her. He looked from Arianna to Elena with slight confusion. His eyebrows shot up then as I realised. "No." he said shaking his had. "No. And there's nothing you can do that will change my mind!" he said folding his arms over his chest. "She's cattle!"

Elena finally realized what Arianna was hinting at, her eyes widened slightly. Arianna gave a slight pout but then a smirk appeared over her face. "Are you so sure?" She whispered in his ear. Her left hand running across his back and her right going to his right hip. "I think there is more to her than meets the eye." She said quietly to him.

Valdemar tapped his fingers on his arms, still keeping them folded over his chest. He felt her hands move over him. He kept the stern look on his face. "I said no." he said with a nod. He looked across to Elena. "She'll be fine here. He's dead so there's nothing he can do any more." he looked down to her hands. "Like I said, there's.. nothing you can do. That will change my mind."

Arianna gave a small scowl before it quickly disappeared. "Alright." She said, moving her arms from him and crossing them in front of her. She looked at Elena, giving her a small smile. Elena returned it lightly only to look out the window. "If you want to make it back, you better get going." She said quietly, not looking at them.

A surprised expression moved over Valdemar's face. It was the first time he'd ever won an argument with her. "Yeah. Damn right alright." he said with a nod. His eyebrows rose. "You hear that? Let's go." he said clearing his throat slightly. He knew she was planning something else. She always knew how to get around him.

Arianna smiled again to the girl before she headed out the door. "Come on, Valdemar." She said, a little annoyed but she knew she wouldn't win this with him. She would have to find another way.Elena watched them go, for the first time in her life. She wasn't afraid of being home, her mind was at peace, somewhat. There would always be that constant fear though.

Valdemar's eyebrows drew together as he let his arms drop to his sides. He nodded his head to Elena as he followed Arianna out the door. He scratched the back of his neck lightly. "Well, when we get back, we can go for round two." he said with a wink, wrapping his arm around her affectionately.
