Title(s): - Your title. If your a vampire or lycan, you may be multiple titles. (Eg. Alpha Kasheri TsAko, Grand Duchess of Opes)

Eye Colour: - Your eye colour.
Hair Colour: - Your hair colour.
Height: - Your height.
Weight: - Your weight.
Skin Tone: - Your Skin Tone.
Build: - Are they curvy, muscled, slender, lean, fat?
Inkings And Piercings: - Do they have piercings, or inkings(Tattoos)? If so, what do they look like? What piercings?

Hobbies/Past Times: - What your character does when they are bored.
Sexuality: - Your characters sexuality.
Relationship Status: - Is your character in a relationship? If so, who with? And are they engaged, married? Widowed?
Social Class: - What social class if your character from?
Diseases/Problems/Disabilities/Addictions: - Do they have any of them? What do they have?

Educational Background: - Where were they educated if at all?
Work Experience: - Have they ever had a job, if so what?
Occupation: - What is their current job?

Parents Names and Occupations: - What are their parents called? What did their parents do?
Family: - Any existing family members, or siblings?
Alliances: - Who are they allied to?

Philosophy of Life: - What do they think of life? What are their opinions on it?
Life Quote: - A quote from your character.
Religion: - Does your character follow human religion? Perhaps they follow vampire? Are they atheist?

Weaponry: - What weaponry do you see them normally with?
Favourite Weapon: - What is their favourite weapon?
Inventory: - What do they normally carry on themselves?

Other Biographical Remarks: - Write the rest of the character's information. Anything that was missed, or not expounded on already.
History: - What is their life story, that got them from where they were, to how they are the way they are now?
